Pankaj Kumar is founder, developer and board member of EruditeOne having extensive experience in front end software engineering and related technologies. He brings to the company a unique set of entrepreneurial skills, experience in multiple project handling practices and learnings from global culture. Prior to EruditeOne he played role of consultant, front end developer, and social media strategist in several organizations.
Early Life & Education
Pankaj Kumar was born in Munger, Bihar, India. His father Pradip Kumar, earned M. ED and is Principal in Government High school, Munger, Bihar. His mother is a Teacher in a government school, Munger, Bihar. During an interview, Pankaj recalled his childhood noting that, he used to collect information of gadgets like mobile, computer, televisions etc in his childhood.
Pankaj was first attracted to computers when he was 9 years old. Pankaj did the schooling from Sarasvati Vidya Mandir, Puraniganj, Munger and attended Bhabha Engineering Research Institute, Bhopal for his Engineering in Computer Science stream in 2008.
Career
Pankaj attended IIT Guwahati for participating in Robotics Event. After graduating from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Pankaj started taking web projects and worked for almost 2 years as freelancer on several web projects. In 2014 he joined "Ternary Software & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd". There he worked as Web Developer and Digital Marketing Strategist. In 2015 he joined "Oakland system pvt. Ltd." as Lead Front End Developer and worked on various modules of MEDNET (a product of Oakland Systems). There he led the user experience development for various devices, as well as being largely responsible for UI architecture. In December 2017, he left Oakland systems and joined smartData Enterprises as "Senior Associate" and in May 2021 he left smartData Enterprises and joined Infosys as "Senior Consultant".

In 2016 Pankaj incorporated EruditeOne Pvt. Ltd, a company that provides information technology and consulting services. A company that unifies brands with consumers, strategy with technology and goals with results.
